ISO 9001:2000 Accreditation
Today’s most successful companies know
the importance of having a proven quality management system
in place.
As part of our ongoing commitment to the highest
standards of quality in customer service and staff development,
Systematic are currently undergoing accreditation for ISO 9001:2000.
The directors expect to have fully qualified
for this prestigious recognition in the 2nd quarter of 2008.
Technology Means Business Accreditation
Technology Means Business is the industry
standard accreditation for those providing integrated business
and information and communications technology (ICT) advice to
small and medium sized enterprises (SMEs).
Completion of the accreditation confirms
an organisation has the right approach and the proven ability
to offer a credible service.
Technology Means Business was developed following a call from
Government and leading technology companies to improve the quality
and consistency of advice received by small businesses. It is
an organisation within the Institute of Management and supported
by the DTI, under the UK Online for Business initiative and
by four founding sponsors: BT, Compaq, Intel and Microsoft and
now Cisco.
Both DTI and Institute of Management research, conducted in
2003 and 2005, concluded that SMEs were failing to utilise ICT
effectively. Many respondents claimed they still had difficulty
in finding good external help to solve their ICT issues.
Systematic recognise this and expect our accreditation to be
completed shortly. Achievement of the accreditation
is an excellent quality mark and will confirm our skills as
an advisor to support our clients through the whole process
of an ICT Intervention, from inception, implementation and ongoing
support.
We know our clients don’t just want to be sold hardware,
they need to be confident that we can deal with all their support
needs. |
